There are three great service and support options to choose from. As well as our premium ‘Gold’ service, we have introduced a ‘Silver’ and ‘Bronze’ tier to the programme (see opposite). These offer reduced levels of support which are better suited to smaller companies or larger clients that can allocate the staff and resource to undertake some of the work themselves. Whichever service level you choose, RWA will work with you to make compliance clearer. We can also provide tailor-made support programmes and services to brokers of all sizes if you are looking for something bespoke.

Discounts are available to firms that wish to pay annually in advance or take an extended contract period.
