RWA Recruitment Broker Services Account Manager (Compliance) Due to continued growth and success, RWA Group are currently recruiting new self-motivated Broker Services Account Managers to maintain and develop broker accounts, within an assigned area. You will be the prime contact for 40 to 50 Compliance Club members within a specified region and you will be expected to provide a face to face and online/telephone based support service to help them meet their compliance obligations. Would suit someone currently involved in compliance in a broking environment who would like the opportunity to work supporting brokers in their compliance operations. Applications are also welcomed from experienced compliance consultants who would appreciate the benefits of working for RWA Group with a panel of clients to manage/develop. Although primarily managing a group of existing clients, the jobholder will also be expected to take an active role in promoting products with existing clients and new enquiries as required. Will work closely with the Broker Services Team to ensure that all client contractual requirements are well defined and achieved. The Account Manager will be responsible for client satisfaction. Full training and support will be given. Salary dependent on experience. Own car required.
