Aviva has teamed up with RWA to offer HR support to all their brokers. This HR support offers all Aviva brokers access to a range of HR packages, all discounted for brokers working with Aviva.

What is the new HR offering?

Aviva brokers will be given free access to:

• Email Assistance
• HR Newsletter
• HR Bulletin Service

But that’s not all…

Those Aviva brokers who have signed up to one of our Aviva compliance packages will now receive a FREE HR Healthcheck from RWA as part of the service, saving you £1,200 on our open market prices.

This service includes:

• HR Healthcheck
• Healthcheck Report
• Online Knowledge Gap Analysis

This healthcheck service will not only help you identify where we believe you may need to improve your HR processes, but it will also identify areas that would be considered a risk to good corporate governance by the regulator.

If you do not have an RWA compliance package, but would still like to have an HR Healthcheck then you can still access this service at a subsidised rate if you are an Aviva broker and prices start at £350 inc VAT.
